At Ander's Kraft, customer satisfaction is our priority.
Returns
Because many of our products are personalized and made to order, we generally do not accept returns for custom or personalized items unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
We will gladly provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, personalized orders cannot be canceled.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
