At Ander's Kraft, every product is carefully crafted and inspected before shipment.

Personalized Products

Because our products are custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer, personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after purchase.

Once production has started, personalized orders cannot be canceled.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
