Returns & Refunds

Personalized pieces are non-returnable

Every piece is laser cut to the exact names, dates and text you provide, so it cannot be resold or restocked. For that reason personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged once production has started.

Please double-check spelling, size and finish before checking out. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will correct it before cutting whenever production has not begun.

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders

If your piece arrives damaged, or does not match what you ordered, email info@anderskraft.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will remake and reship it at no cost, or issue a full refund if you prefer.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before cutting starts — usually within 24 hours of ordering. After production begins, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks typically post the refund within 5–10 business days.
