Our story
The Ander's Kraft workshop
Ander's Kraft is a small metal workshop that laser cuts personalized wall art from 16 gauge cold rolled steel. Eren founded the studio in 2021 after cutting a single family name sign as a wedding gift; the workshop now ships more than 100 made-to-order pieces every month to homes across the United States, with a 4.8 average rating from 115 verified buyers.

Who makes Ander's Kraft wall art?
Every order is handled by Eren and a two-person finishing team. Eren draws each layout himself, which is why letter spacing, script joins and mounting hole placement change from design to design instead of being dropped into one template. Nothing is outsourced: cutting, deburring, powder coating and packing all happen in the same workshop.
How is each piece made?
- 1. Layout. Your text is set in the font that belongs to that design, then adjusted by hand so thin script strokes stay above 2mm and survive cutting.
- 2. Free proof. A digital proof is emailed before any steel is cut. Nothing goes to the laser until you approve it.
- 3. Cutting. The design is cut from 16 gauge (about 2mm) cold rolled steel on a fiber laser, which keeps edges sharp enough that no visible tabs remain.
- 4. Finishing. Edges are deburred by hand, then the piece is powder coated in your chosen finish and cured in the oven for a hard, outdoor-rated surface.
- 5. Packing. Each sign ships with pre-drilled holes, a mounting kit and a spacing template, wrapped in kraft paper and corner-protected board.
Total turnaround is 3 to 5 business days in production plus 2 to 4 business days in transit inside the US. Shipping is free and tracked on every order.

What we will not do
We do not cut thin aluminum or acrylic, and we do not print artwork on panels. Steel costs more and takes longer, but it holds a crisp edge, does not flex on the wall and survives outdoors for years. The trade-off is honest: a 24 inch steel sign weighs about 2 kg and needs two anchors instead of one adhesive strip.
