Ander's Kraft metal wall art is cut to order from 16 gauge steel, proofed before cutting and shipped free within 3 to 5 business days of proof approval. The answers below cover materials, sizing, finishes, mounting, delivery and returns.
How long does shipping take for a metal wall art piece?
Every piece is cut to order. Production takes 3 to 5 business days and delivery inside the US takes another 2 to 4 days.
Can I see a preview of my design before I order?
Yes. Send us your name, initial or address and we send a digital proof before anything is cut.
What material is the wall art made from?
16 gauge cold rolled steel, finished with an outdoor rated powder coat so it can hang indoors or out.
How does it mount to the wall?
Each piece ships with pre-drilled holes and the hardware you need for drywall, brick or siding.
Do you offer other finishes?
Matte black is standard. Antique bronze, brushed copper and weathered steel are available on most designs.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free and tracked on every order inside the United States. There is no minimum order value.
Can I change my personalization after ordering?
Yes, until you approve the digital proof. Email info@anderskraft.com with your order number and we update the layout before cutting.
What size should I order?
12 inches suits a gallery wall, 24 inches is the most ordered size and fills the space above a console table, and 36 inches is sized for a fireplace or entry wall.
Can the wall art hang outside?
Matte black, antique bronze and weathered steel are outdoor rated. Brushed copper is best kept under a covered porch or indoors.
Can I return a personalized piece?
Personalized pieces are made to order and cannot be returned. If an item arrives damaged or does not match the approved proof, we replace or refund it.
How do I track my order?
Use the order lookup page with your order number and email address, or open the tracking link in the shipping email we send when the piece leaves the workshop.
